Is it your first time registering online?  We've created this step-by-step tutorial to help walk you through the process....

About Registering Online

All online registrations & online payments are managed through a secure, FSU website.

When you are entering information, be sure to enter the STUDENT'S information, not the parent, guardian or teachers information unless specifically asked.

When you click on the camp you would like to register for, you will be transferred to the registration site. Please do not hit the back arrow during this process or you may create duplicate registrations.

You can only register for one camp at a time, so if you wish to register for more than one camp, complete the process for the first camp and then return to this page to do it again for the second camp.

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR MORE THAN ONE CHILD, you will need to register them one at a time and then BE SURE TO CLICK LOG OUT WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH THE FIRST CAMPER.  YOU MAY ALSO WISH TO CLEAR YOUR BROWSER HISTORY AFTER THE FIRST ONE. This is very important. If you don't click LOG OUT on the top of the page after you register the first child the second child's information may be recorded under the first child's record. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to call.

You will complete the information segment first and then you will be prompted to pay the non-refundable deposit.

You should be prepared with the following information:
o Student's Name
o Student's Address
o Student's Social Security Number
o Contact Phone Number
o Parent's Email Address
o Student's date of birth
o Student's age during summer 2011
o Student's gender
o The grade that the student attends right now in 2010-2011
o Student's Instrument or Voice Type
o Housing Choice
o Parent or Guardians Full Name
o Parent or Guardian Daytime Contact Number

Please be sure to enter all information carefully so that we can contact you in the future with your camp materials.

During the process, the system will ask you to select the Quantity of Tuition, Housing & Deposit you are registering for. This is not the payment section. This will put the correct balance on your account and then later in the process you will select to pay only the deposit portion.
o If you are a day camper: Put a "1" in the Tuition Line and "1" in the deposit line.
o If you are an overnight camper: Put a "1" in the tuition line; "1" in the deposit line; "1" in the housing line.

About Paying the Deposit Online

You will receive a confirmation of your camp registration and then be transferred to the University Fee Payment site. You will see your entire balance and then you are able to select to pay only the deposit portion.

FSU charges a $7.00 service fee on each credit card transaction. If you do not wish to pay the $7.00 service fee, we suggest registering by mail and pay using a check.

Please note that online payments may take up to 48 hours to post.

If you would like to register for more than one camp, you must repeat this process for each camp.

Click on the camp name that you would like to register for. You will be transferred directly to the registration site.

• Choral Ensemble Camp
  •  Registration is now open for male singers in grades 8-12 and for female singers in grades 10-12 during the 2011-2012 school year.
    If you are a female singer in 9th grade during the 2011-2012 school year, you will need to audition before you can register.  Click here for more details.

• Jazz Ensemble Camp: Middle School
  • We currently have a wait list for Alto-Saxophone, Tenor-Saxophone, Trumpet and Drums at this camp.  Alto-Saxophone, Tenor-Saxophone, Trumpet and Drum players will not be able to register at this time.  Please call our office at 850-644-9934 to be placed on a wait list.
• Jazz Ensemble Camp: Senior High
  • We currently have a wait list for Alto-Saxophone, Tenor-Saxophone, Guitar and Trumpet at this camp.  Alto-Saxophone, Tenor-Saxophone, Guitar and Trumpet players will not be able to register at this time.  Please call our office at 850-644-9934 to be placed on a wait list.
• Marching Band Leadership Camp
• Middle School Band Camp
  • We currently have a wait list for Alto-Saxophone. Alto-Saxophone players will not be able to register at this time.  Please call our office at 850-644-9934 to be placed on a wait list.
• Senior High Band Camp
  • We currently have a wait list for Alto-Saxophone, Trumpet and Trombone at this camp.  Alto-Saxophone, Trumpet and Trombone players will not be able to register at this time.  Please call our office at 850-644-9934 to be placed on a wait list.
• String Orchestra Camp
  • We currently have a wait list for Cello at this camp.  Cello players will not be able to register at this time.  Please call our office at 850-644-9934 to be placed on a wait list.
• Tuba & Euphonium Workshop

Note that Honors Chamber Winds & Honors Piano Camp are not listed here. Those camps required an audition for admittance.  Please visit the Camp Details page for each of these camps for specific information.
