How To Register By Mail:
Registration for the 2013 Summer Music Camps is open.
At this time we have wait lists for the following:
- Alto-Saxophones at Senior High Band Camp
- Violin at String Orchestra Camp
- Cello at String Orchestra Camp
- Alto-Saxophones at Middle School Band Camp
- Alto-Saxophones at Jazz Ensemble Camp for Middle School
- Alto-Saxophones at Jazz Ensemble Camp for Senior High
If you wish to be placed on one of these wait lists, please call us at 850-644-9934.
All other camps/instruments remain open for registration at this time.
Download and complete the 2013 Camp Registration Form and mail it with your deposit to:

Remember to include a check or your credit card information for the non-refundable deposit of $75.00 per camp payable to FSU.
About Paying the Deposit
Please include a check or credit card information for the non-refundable deposit of $75.00 payable to FSU for each camp that you register for.
Please note that FSU charges a $7.75 service fee on each credit card transaction. If you do not wish to pay the $7.75 service fee, we suggest enclosing a check.
The non-refundable deposit is credited toward the tuition portion of camp.
