Make A Payment

Making A Payment Towards Tuition & Housing:

Camp payments can be made online with a credit card or by sending a check in the mail. FSU assesses a $7.00 fee on each credit card transaction, so if you wish to avoid this fee, please pay with a check.

To Pay With A Check:

Checks (or money orders) should be made payable to: Florida State University

Please put the campers name and the camp they are attending in the memo portion of the check

Check should be mailed to: FSU-CAPD, Attn: Cashier, 555 West Pensacola Street, PO Box 3061640, Tallahassee, FL 32306-1640

To Pay Online With A Credit Card

Go to: http://fees.fsu.edu
Click on: Other Customers and Non Credit Students
Enter: The campers social security number without any dashes in the Customer ID Box

When you are done, be sure to click LOG OUT at the top of the page. If you don't the system will give you incorrect information the next time you try to access it. This is especially important if you have more then one camper that you are paying for.

Online payments take up to 48 hours to post to your account. If your camp begins on a Sunday, and you make a payment online during the 48 hours before check-in, please bring proof of your online payment with you to check-in. Payments made online after noon on Friday will not be reflected in your account by the time check-in takes place.

We can not take payments over the phone.

Housing & Tuition Payment Due Dates

The balance of camp tuition & housing fees are due no later than two weeks prior to the start of your camp. Full or partial payments are accepted at any time after the camper is registered. The following is a schedule of due date for final payment:

Payments for Optional/Extra Items

There are optional services & items which you can purchase for camp including CD's, photos, extra nights of housing, airport shuttles and parking permits. Order forms for these items are contained in your camp packet. If you are purchasing any of these items, please note the following:

These items are only payable by check
These items must be paid for in a check that is separate from housing & tuition payments. If you send one check for these items and housing & tuition, we will need to return the check to you.
The items must be paid for in full at the time your are ordering them. If you send us an order form for any of these items without including a payment, we will need to send back the order form with a request to resubmit your order with payment.

T-Shirts can not be purchased in advance. They can only be purchased at check-in.
