Books
Our circulating books are generally located on our second floor. They circulate for 3, 6, or 16 weeks, depending on the patron category of the person checking out the item. (More information about circulation can be found on our policies page.)
All of our books have Library of Congress classification. Call numbers beginning with the letter "M" designate books specifically about music. Thus, 99% of our books (and scores) will begin with either M, ML, or MT. However, the library carries a limited number of books with designations from other areas (A through L; N through Z).
