Ticket Policies

PAYMENTS:

• Payment for tickets can be made with cash or check only.
• Checks should be made payable to: Florida State University and must be in the exact amount of the tickets. We cannot provide change for checks made in excess of the ticket price.
• All sales are final. No refunds are available.

UNPAID TICKET HOLDS/PHONE RESERVATIONS

Because we can not accept credit card or debit card payments, reservations for tickets can be made over the phone. Tickets will be held under your name until 30 minutes prior to the concert.
Once your tickets are on hold, you can pick them up in one of three ways:

1. Come anytime during regular office hours to pick up and pay for your tickets
2. Come to the box office more than 30 minutes prior to the concert to pay for your tickets (see our release policy below)
3. If you reserve tickets for a concert one month or more in advance, you may send payment to us by mail. Once your check has been received, the box office will mail your concert tickets back to you. This method is to be used only if your tickets are reserved well in advance.

No tickets will be mailed out or released from the box office without payment.

Reserved tickets will be held under your name until 30 minutes prior to the performance. If you have not picked them up by 30 minutes before the start of the concert, they will be released for sale (**exceptions to this policy are listed below):

• PRISM TICKETS & UNPAID RESERVATIONS:

  Tickets go on sale October 1 at 11:00am. If necessary, a wait list will be kept once tickets have been sold out.
  Tickets reserved over the phone must be picked up and paid for no later than November 9. All unpaid reservations that have not been picked up and paid for by November 9 will be released for sale to the wait list.

• SEASONAL CELEBRATION & UNPAID RESERVATIONS:

  Tickets go on sale October 1 at 11:00am.

  Tickets reserved over the phone must be picked up and paid for no later than November 16. All unpaid reservations that have not been picked up and paid for by November 16 will be released for sale.

• RAINBOW & UNPAID RESERVATIONS:

  Tickets go on sale October 1 at 11:00am.

  Tickets reserved over the phone must be picked up and paid for no later than March 15 . All unpaid reservations that have not been picked up and paid for by March 15 will be released for sale.

REFUNDS:

There are no refunds for any ticket. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is cancelled or re-scheduled. All sales are final.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges may only be made for a ticket of equal or lesser value to another night of the same event, during the 2012-2013 concert season. For example, a ticket holder may exchange from the Friday night performance of the University Philharmonia to the Saturday night of the University Philharmonia. You may not exchange for a different event. For example, you can not exchange from a University Philharmonia concert to an opera performance.
Exchanges must be made in person at the box office and will not be accepted by mail. Subscriber exchanges will be made only when the original tickets have been received in the box office 24 hours prior to the performance date printed on the tickets.
