Purchasing Tickets

There are three easy ways to purchasing tickets
for College of Music events:

1. Give us a call
2. Come visit us
3. Come to a performance

Though we can not take credit card payments over the phone, we can hold tickets under your name to be picked up and paid for prior to the concert. Once your tickets are on hold, come anytime during regular box office hours or up to 30 minutes prior to the concert to pay for your tickets.

Our unpaid/held ticket policy is as follows:
Unpaid tickets will be held under your name until 30 minutes prior to the performance. If you have not picked them up by 30 minutes before the start of the performance, they will be released for sale. (**Exceptions to this policy exist for the PRISM concerts. Please see our ticket policies page or the detailed ticket & performance information section below for further details).

Visit Us
The College of Music Box Office is located in the lobby of Ruby Diamond Concert Hall in room 101 of the Westcott Building. You may park in the Visitor's lot across Copeland Street from the Westcott Building. Enter the lot from College Avenue, and let the attendant know you are there to purchase tickets from the College of Music Box Office. Please note that we accept cash & check payment only. There is an ATM machine nearby on Copeland Street: at Bill's Bookstore.

Come to a performance
The box office will be open 90 minutes prior to curtain time for each ticketed performance. Please note that we accept cash & check payment only. There is an ATM machine nearby on Copeland Street: at Bill's Bookstore.
